Daniel Sturridge was a Chelsea loanee when he signed for Bolton Wanderers. The Englishman joined the Trotters in the summer of 2010 on a six-month loan deal. The Newcastle clash was his fourth league game for new club Bolton Wanderers. In the end, he scored eight goals in 12 appearances for Bolton.
